Mobbs Engineering was first established in 2007 to meet demands from local companies for a reliable engineering company to supply quality products and service. Mobbs engineering was originally established as an owner operator business providing onsite boilermaking services, however due to the quality workmanship and service provided by Tony Mobbs there was soon the demand to open an Emerald based Engineering/Fabrication workshop helping to meet tight time constraints by being local without compromising on safety and quality.Our experience has seen Mobbs Engineering’s client and skills base grow and therefore we are ideally placed to provide services from design and drafting, engineering certification, fabrication, statutory inspections and reporting, general repairs, and sandblasting and painting to our client’s specifications.Today Mobbs Engineering employees around 18 people, we provide a service to all industries, including Mining, Gas, Agriculture, Rail, Council and Commercial, we pride ourselves on having a quality skilled workforce and have an excellent reputation in the region, and we are a trusted, competent reliable team.Over the years we have trained many employees, giving them the opportunity to become qualified tradespeople, we are always willing to provide opportunities for work experience students and school based apprentices, we are committed to continue this trend.
