Just over three years ago, we requested a quote from CCW for a large expensive kitchen for our new house. The woman who was the estimator assigned to us met with my husband but never got back to us with a quote. My husband chased her for a month. He was told she was on annual leave, and in hospital, then unavailable. No one else had her notes or files and no one else could help us. Finally we gave up on getting a quote from CCW. Two weeks ago we asked for a quote on changing a laundry room into a butler's pantry. A week later a Design Consultant arrived at our house. He was knowledgeable and helpful He said he would give us a quote in about a week. Instead of a quote, I received an email from him. The subject line said "please be advised at this point CCW Cabinetworks will be unable to supply quote for cabinetry my apologies for any inconvenience this may have cause regards". This Design Consultant could not even be bothered to put the text in the body of the email. He provided no explanation for blowing us off. I do not understand CCW's business process of not providing quotes. We don't like chasing them or wasting our time waiting for a quote that never comes. Not recommended.
